Individual and Family Therapy: Eastside Family Services specializes in systems based approach believing that healing happens through meaningful relationships.  Therapy will include a cognitive behavioral approach combined with psychodynamic foundation. Treatment specialization includes:

Fees: Any of the therapies above are billed at $210 per 50-minute session, is paid by cash, credit card or check at the end of each session.

You are welcome to submit the receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement for services. Many insurance companies will reimburse you for therapy with a receipt, but I cannot guarantee reimbursement from any given company. I advise that you check with your insurance company on their coverage of therapy services from "out of network" providers.

Elite Athlete Consulting

Eastside Family Services offers a unique specialization in working with elite athletes who want to train their mind as well as their bodies to gain peak performance in their sport through:

 

-Mindfulness Training

-Performance Anxiety Management

-Transitions between athletics and academics/career

- Post injury psychological rehabilitation

-Performance slump consulting

Supervision

Christina is a Washington State Approved Supervisor and an AAMFT approved supervisor candidate. She has met the necessary requirements to be able to provide post graduate supervision for clinicians who are working towards their licensure. She has also met the requirements to be an internship supervisor for many universities in the Pacific Northwest Region for bachelor, master and PhD interns. She has supervised interns and graduates from University of Washington, Seattle Pacific University, Mars Hill Graduate School (The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology), Trinity Lutheran College, Antioch University, Pacific Lutheran University, Pacifica University.

Supervision fees are billed at $150 per 50-minute session, which is paid by cash or check at the end of each session. Supervision can consist of two supervisees during one 50 minute session.

My coaching approach blends proven leadership strategies with therapeutic practices to support sustainable growth and well-being. Drawing from techniques such as cognitive reframing, mindfulness, and strengths-based development, I help leaders identify patterns that may limit performance, reduce stress, and build emotional resilience. Sessions focus on increasing self-awareness, improving communication, and cultivating balance between professional demands and personal values. This holistic method not only enhances leadership effectiveness but also fosters clarity, confidence, and long-term fulfillment in both work and life.
