Christina L.P. Steere is the owner and founder of Eastside Family Services. She has been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2002. Additionally, she is a Child Mental Health Specialist, a Washington State approved supervisor and a certified Attachment and Trauma Therapist. Christina also is a clinical member of American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) and Washington Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (WAMFT). Christina received her graduate degree from Seattle Pacific University in 2000 with a master's of science in Marriage and Family Therapy. She also received her undergraduate degree at the University of Washington with a bachelors of science in Social Work. Additionally, she received a post-masters certificate in Attachment and Trauma through Texas Christian University.

Christina has worked with children and families since 1995. Her work began in starting a homeless shelter in Seattle's economically depressed areas. For 10 years, Christina specialized in foster care and adoption through her work at Olive Crest as their Clinical Director. Personally, Christina has been married to her husband for over 25 years, has three kids, loves to travel, play sports and is currently a licensed foster parent.
